Eligibility to Use 88kk

The following eligibility requirements apply to all persons seeking to register an account or place wagers on 88kk. These requirements are non-negotiable and apply equally to new registrants and existing account holders.

1.1

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 88kk. By creating an account you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 88kk reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

1.2

Geographic Eligibility

88kk's services are directed at players physically located in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 88kk complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 88kk accepts no liability in such circumstances.

1.3

One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on 88kk. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where 88kk identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, pending withdrawals placed on hold, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts may be voided at 88kk's sole discretion.

Account Registration and KYC

To access betting and gaming features on 88kk, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. 88kk may, at any time, require you to verify your identity in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawals or restriction of your account's functionality until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 88kk immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 88kk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

2.1

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide your real name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and accurate date of birth during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 88kk to terminate your account without notice and withhold any balance pending investigation.

2.2

Account Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your 88kk account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88kk employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account data. 88kk will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

2.3

Account Suspension and Termination

88kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold associated funds, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity has occurred; (c) the Player is under the age of 21; or (d) the Player has provided false registration information. In all such cases 88kk will notify the account holder at the registered contact details and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before permanent action is taken, where permitted by law.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88kk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88kk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 88kk account balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider. 88kk does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 88kk aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 88kk does not charge a standard withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.1

Deposit Responsibility

You must only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use. 88kk will not accept deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

3.2

Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), and any bonus funds applied to your account must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding funds may be withdrawn. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to unregistered or third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.3

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 88kk may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after notifying the account holder by email at their registered address. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support at [email protected].

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

88kk offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and game restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account, after which they will expire and be removed from your balance.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms accompanying that offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

88kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a Player is found to have abused a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other bonus exploitation strategy — 88kk reserves the right to void all related bonus funds and any winnings derived from such activity and to suspend the Player's account pending investigation.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88kk platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and associated funds may be forfeited at 88kk's discretion.

5.1

Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt to defraud 88kk or other players through the use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 88kk cooperates fully with law enforcement in the investigation of suspected fraud.

5.2

Automated Software and Exploitation

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over 88kk or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes software that automates betting decisions, manipulates game outcomes, or circumvents platform security measures. Accounts found using such methods will be permanently banned without appeal.

5.3

Money Laundering

88kk strictly prohibits the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts are monitored for suspicious transaction patterns. Where 88kk has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering activity, it will suspend the relevant account, freeze associated funds, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities without prior notification to the account holder.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

88kk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Players may at any time request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period the Player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. 88kk strongly advises any Player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their daily life to make use of these tools immediately. 21+ only.

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within ten (10) business days. 88kk reserves the right to close any account at its own discretion where continued operation of the account is contrary to these Terms, its policies, or its responsible gaming obligations.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88kk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service; (c) any unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials; or (d) any inaccuracy in the odds or market information displayed on the platform where such inaccuracy is promptly corrected upon discovery.

88kk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 88kk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 88kk will use reasonable efforts to notify players of any planned downtime in advance where practicable. During any period of unavailability, open bets will be settled in accordance with 88kk's standard settlement rules once the platform is restored.

Section 8

Amendments, Governing Law, and Disputes

88kk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a Player, 88kk will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88kk platform that cannot be resolved through 88kk's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree to first contact 88kk support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for resolution before initiating any formal dispute process. 88kk's internal complaints procedure will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.
